Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges for size or color.

How to Start an Exchange

To begin an exchange, you must contact us at chiostudio.info@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and confirm product availability. Please do not send the items backs until our team has sent you the instructions and the location. 

Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

How to Make an Exchange

You may complete the exchange in one of the following ways:

  • In person:
    You can visit our office located at Avenida de Roma 12 to make the exchange directly.

  • By shipping the product:
    If you cannot visit us in person, you may send the product to us. Once we receive it, we will ship the new item to you.
    Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Conditions

For an exchange to be accepted, the product must:

  • Have its original tag attached.

  • Not have been worn or exposed to perfume, makeup, or external odors.

If You Don’t Find a Product You Like Yet

If your product is eligible for exchange but you don’t see any item you want at the moment, we can hold your credit indefinitely until you choose a new product.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to omitted discount codes, promotional offers, or any other errors made during the checkout process. We therefore encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.

If you wish to make changes after placing your order, we may only be able to accommodate requests for a different size, colour, or exchange for another product, provided that the order has not yet been shipped and the requested item is available.
