Payment

Payment is made at the time of placing the pre-order, just like a regular purchase. This secures your reserved unit.

Shipping

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, your order will be prepared and shipped as a priority. You will receive a confirmation and tracking email once it is on its way.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, the reservation process begins, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
